Patisserie May, founded in 2020 by Jennifer-May,
is all about elegantly styled patisserie,
bespoke biscuits and custom cakes,
hand made with love for your special occasion.
South African born and now based in Somerset, South West England,
my passion for baking began in my Granny's kitchen and led me to follow my childhood dream to study patisserie. Since qualifying in 2010 with a City and Guilds patisserie diploma, I have had the privilege to travel and work in many prestigious establishments and alongside many renowned pastry chefs.

With over fifteen years experience I am delighted
that Patisserie May is now entering it's fifth year.

My vision is to create masterpieces
using simple old fashioned methods with a modern twist.

Every occasion is special.
There is always something on the baking tray.

Please note that my kitchen is not allergen free. I therefore cannot cater for any allergies. There are wonderful local bakers that can provide allergen free bakes where you can share the love and support them.
